Excellent location right across from the train station made catching my train easy. The room was clean with modern decor and a comfortable bed, ensuring a good night's rest. I appreciated the friendly staff who were eager to help with local dining recommendations. The bathroom had a persistent smoke smell, which detracted from the overall comfort. The noise from outside could be bothersome, but a white noise app helped. Could use some improvements in air conditioning, as it was quite warm . It was a convenient spot for a short visit to Marseille.

absolutely nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
stained bedspread, hair under the sheets, no a/c, stained towels, inadequate beds and pillows. we have been traveling for 5 weeks and it was the worst hotel we stayed at. it should be classified as a 1 star and we expected more for the price.

Location is good. Room is clean, and facilities inside is new.
Too many noise during the night, since our room is along the street. To reduce the noise, we close the window, but the room becomes hot after that. No AC inside room. .... Staff speaks very bad English, so it is very difficult to communicate with her.

The hotel is overall clean and CHEERFUL. Well-appointed and reasonably sized rooms with good shower and balconies plus a splendid view, really lovely stay! Excellent breakfast with yogurt and muesli, as for instance.

I have nothing like this hotel. It was totally a nightmare. The whole hotel did not have air conditioning. It was super hot in summer. I couldn't sleep the whole night. There was no fan on the celing. I opened the window but no wind came into it. I got bited 10 times by mosquito. It was a terrible experience. On the other hand, the lift was small and on 2/F, it meant you had to move the luggage from the ground floor to 2/F. The most angry thing was, the night time front desk guy lie to us. We requested to exchange another room for better air-circulation, but he said the hotel was full with bad attitude. It was a lie, the hotel wasn't full on the next mornng. Don't choose this hotel.

Fantastic location near the station
The hotel's location was unbeatable, right across from Gare Saint Charles. The friendly staff provided great tips for exploring the city, a good surprise for this solo traveler!
The room had some cleanliness issues upon arrival, which detracted from the initial experience. A cleaner check-in would have made a huge difference in impressions.

The hotel is right next to the train station and to the metro station, perfect! The staff was very nice and most of them spoke English very well. The room was clean and the bed slept really good.
There was no airco, so the room is quite warm in the summer. I didn't mind, but if you're used to airco you might not like it. You could hear a lot of noise from the street (which I liked, but you might find it annoying), but if you closed the blinds you hardly hear anything anymore.

I travelled with my young adult daughter and we wanted a place close to the train station and yet close enough to walk to the core of Marseille... The location was perfect for what we wanted. The hotel felt secure, the room was very clean&comfortable. We also were pleased with the price as we knew we would only be in the room to sleep as we did day trips to surrounding cities from Marseille. We enjoyed our glimpse of Marseille and this hotel was good for us.
